All charter customers must know that itinerary changes are subject to the
approval of the Bus Companies Charter Department prior to departure.
Extended hours of use and mileage will result in additional charges.

Refunds will be given for cancellations with at least 21 days notice before
departure on a single day trip, and 60 days prior on multi day tours.
No-shows and cancellations after the coach is dispatched are subject to
cancellation fees.

On overnight / multi-day charters, the chartering party is responsible for
the cost of the drivers room. Premier Tour & Travel can make these
arrangements at an additional charge if the driver is not able to stay with
the group.

The maximum adult passengers on-board the coach cannot exceed the seating
capacity of the vehicle.

** All parking fees are the sole responsibility of the chartering party **

Please be advised that Fuel Surcharges may occur in the event of increased
operating expense. These charges are assessed about 30 days prior to
departure. NOTE: Early payments on charters can lock you into rates and
prevent them from increasing.

All payments can be made in the form of cash, major credit card (Mastercard,
Visa, or Discover) personal check, certified check or money order unless
other arrangements have been made in advance.
