TOUR PROTECTION PLAN: In order to provide our customers with complete WORRY FREE TRAVEL, Premier Tour & Travel has the “TOUR PROTECTION PLAN" that will allow you to make your tour reservations and payments without worrying about last minute changes in plans! For a nominal cost of $8 per $100 of coverage, you can book your PREMIER TOUR and if you must cancel your trip for ANY REASON, right up to the time of departure, ALL OF YOUR TOUR PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU!! There are absolutely no penalties or cancellation charges.
NOTE: Any/All roommates will be responsible for any increase in their cost according to their room type. Your coverage should be purchased when you make your reservation and initial payment for any Premier Tour...One Day, Atlantic City or Deluxe Overnight Tour. Refunds will be made up to 30 days prior to the departure date for any MOTORCOACH TOUR (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIR TOURS OR CRUISES). The TOUR PROTECTION PLAN will not be accepted within 30 days of the departure date of a tour unless you are making your original reservation at that time.
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE: Shortly
after boarding the first day of all escorted Premier Tours, you
will be served fresh donuts and juice, compliments of Premier Tour & Travel.
PERSONALLY
ESCORTED: A competent member of the Premier
Staff, who will be with you throughout the entire tour, personally
directs each multi-day tour, and selected one-day and gaming tours.
They are there to assist you, so please don't hesitate to utilize
their services.
MOTOR
COACHES: The coaches engaged by Premier Tour & Travel are especially designed for long distance travel and incorporate
the latest in design with air conditioning, restroom, VCR monitors,
stereo, cassette, or CD player, and picture window visibility from
every seat, along with a personable professional driver.
GRATUITIES:
All gratuities are included for any service indicated in the
tour cost. All other tips for bar or room service, or any independent
activities are at your own discretion. You may wish to show appreciation
for your Tour Director Driver for a "job well done". We ask that
you do this on a voluntary and individual basis. The customary suggested
gratuity for the Tour Director is $2.00 per person/per day and a
similar amount for the Tour Driver.
PERSONS
TRAVELING ALONE: Persons wishing single room
lodging, at the additional cost, should apply for reservations early.
Should you request a roommate, we will try to assist you in finding
a suitable roommate.
SMOKING
/ ALCOHOL: All smoking or drinking of alcohol
is prohibited while onboard the motor coach on any tour. Please
indicate at the time if booking if you have a smoking preference
for your lodging, however this cannot be guaranteed.
IMMIGRATION
RULES: For
Tours traveling to Canada, passengers are required to have valid
proof of Citizenship. Acceptable documents include passport, or
a copy of your birth certificate along with a Photo ID. You must
have these documents in your possession when you cross the border.
Please note a driver's license is not acceptable for proof of citizenship
alone.
TOUR
COSTS: It is assumed that each individual will
use all portions of the tour. No refunds can be made for unused
sightseeing or meals.
BAGGAGE:
The handling of ONE (1) suitcase per person is included in
the tour cost on tours with overnight lodging. You are allowed one
carry-on bag per person that you will be responsible for carrying
on & off of the motor coach, and in and out of each hotel. Additional
baggage will be handled at the rate of $5.00 per hotel, per piece
of extra luggage. Premier Tour & Travel cannot be responsible for
lost or damaged luggage.
CUSTOMER
CANCELLATIONS:
Please see page 1 for details regarding the TOUR PROTECTION
PLAN, which covers all the details in the event you must cancel
your tour.
MEALS:
Many meals are included on our tours, and are listed in the
itinerary. Every effort is made to select overnight lodging with
convenient dining establishments offering a variety of selections.
TOUR
CANCELLATION: Premier
Tour & Travel has the right to cancel any tour 30 days before departure
if not at capacity. In this event, full refunds will be made.
CHILDREN:
Children under 18 years of age travel at 10% discount on Multi-Day
Tours if they stay in the same room as their parents.
RESPONSIBILITY:
PREMIER TOUR & TRAVEL, SHARON acts only in the capacity of
Agents for Tour Members in all arrangements for lodging, transportation,
restaurants and admissions. Premier Tour &Travel will not be responsible
for any damages, expenses, or inconvenience caused by late departures,
changes of schedule, war, strikes or Acts of God and/or admission
of the provider of the services. Premier Tour &Travel will not be
responsible for any loss or damage of personal property, or for
injuries, expenses, or damages incurred or claimed by any tour member.
Premier Tour &Travel anticipates no change in the published tours,
but reserves the right to alter the schedule, change the routing,
substitute hotels if and when considered advisable for the comfort
and welfare of the passengers and any additional expenses involved
or incurred shall be borne by the passengers. Rates are based on
tariffs at the time of printing and subject to change before final
payment. The right is reserved to cancel a tour prior to departure
and in such a case; all payments will be refunded without further
obligation on Premier Tour & Travels part. The right is also reserved
to decline or retain any person as a member of these tours at any
time or place. Premier Tour & Travel is not responsible for criminal
activity of a third party or to conduct an investigation of any
crime.
